Paid to Participate Surveys

Published by leahsfrog at 10:23 pm under Random Edit This

A way to earn a little extra money from home is participating in paid surveys. Companys are just dying to pay you to help them research their products and services and sometimes they pay pretty decent. By participating in these surveys you are helping the company target their advertisements with the highest beneits tothem.

There are alot of Survey sites out there and they are not all created equall; some are true surveys while many more are offer completion based advertisements. Sure you may be paid a few dollars to complete them but many require you use a credit card to sign-up for free trials in order to earn that payment. Now they usually offer you a higher payment than you will be spending it is still a complete hassle trying to remember to cancel your trial membership before it becomes a recurring monthly payment you are stuck with because you did not cancel in time.

If you are like me you simply do not have the money to spend hence the reason you were trying to earn online to begin with. Just pay attention to all the fine print in everything you participate in, if it will cost you more out of pocket than you will earn it is not a good move. Move on to the next offer and remember the site for future reference when deciding to spend your time on the next survey offer.

Great post about online surveys. I’ve been working a bunch of online survey programs for a while now and earn about $100 a month off of them. I do not do the surveys that require a credit card though. I refuse to have to buy a trial offer and then deal with the cancellation headache, so I focus only on true online surveys that are seeking my opinion. One word of caution…You’ll see many ads out there asking you for money in exchange for the ability to make hundreds of dollars with online surveys. They’re not actually selling you the opportunity, but rather are selling you information on where to find these free survey companies, information you could find yourself (and for free) just by doing a little research on the web. I hate to see people being taken advantage of. Online surveys are not a “get rich” opportunity, but you can make some extra cash in your spare time. I’ve made as much as $30 for a 15 minute online interactive (chat) survey, but have seen surveys out there for as little as 50 cents for a 30 minute survey. So I’m selective about the survey’s I participate in. In addition to earning cash for surveys, I’ve also received a lot of “free stuff” like laundry detergent, frozen foods, etc. where I’ll try it for a week and then take a survey where I share my opinion about it.

Anyways, thanks for concise write up on this topic. My blog is entirely devoted to online pay programs, one being online surveys, so it’s always fun to find fellow writers who share an interest in the same topic.

    Best to you!
